The Church of the Transfiguration is excited to be part of the Open House New York weekend. Our church will be open for short concerts and tours on both Saturday October 19 and Sunday October 20.

The Full Schedule:
Saturday, October 19

10am | Music for Young Children: Observe the music director in action teaching the youngest singers, and learn more about music education at Transfiguration

10:30am | Guided Tour on the History, Art & Architecture of the Little Church (adults), crafts and activities for children while their parents take the guided tour

11am | Choral Music for Weddings with the Transfiguration Boys and Girls Choirs

11:30am | Weddings at Transfiguration: Tour and discussion with an emphasis on the unique role of weddings in the history of the Little Church (suitable for all, but engaged couples are particularly welcome to participate in a post-tour discussion with a member of the clergy)

12pm | Love Songs for Weddings: Soloists will perform some wedding favorites

12:30pm | Guided Tour on the History, Art & Architecture of the Little Church

1pm | Harpsichord Concert with Robert Warner

2pm | Organ Concert with Claudia Dumschat
